Alex Tapié sang songs into her telephone for six months not stopping to consider the end result. Her voicemail full of ideas, she called Aloha's Tony Cavallario and Matthew Gengler to play guitar and bass, and Bear's Craig Ramsey for the drums. The result is a band experienced yet new, dreamy and contained, a band called Likenesses.
